This is a contract between you the buyer and Safecity's E-shop.

1. Transactions are conducted in a secure environment 128 encryption.
2. Your credit card orders are not automated.  A Safecity staff member processes each order manually.
3. All Safecity's staff who have access to credit card details hold a security licence.  These are subject to background criminal checks conducted by the NSW Police.
4. Safecity will never reveal or sell your information to any other party. 
5. Please choose carefully.  We do not accept returns.   By placing an order with us you create a contract with us.  The contract is discharged when we deliver the goods you ordered.
6. Faulty goods or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 
7. All goods are sent by registered and insured mail, unless otherwise stated.
8. There are no provisions for customers to pickup goods from Safecity Shop.
9. Customers requiring a different mode of delivery will be required to pay a surcharge.
10. Prices quoted are valid for goods delivered in Australia.
11. International orders will attract a 25% shipping surcharge.  We will advise you of the surcharge before accepting your order.
12. All orders by credit card must be validated by the customer.  Validation occurs when the cardholder signs the authorization declaration and faxes it to Safecity.  We will E-mail you details of your purchase and a declaration form.
13. Safecity reserves the right to request payments to be made by direct deposit into our bank account.

14. Prices are subject to fluctuations.  All prices quoted are valid to the 30th of February  2004.  If a price change occurs we will notify you before processing your order.
15. Safecity reserves the right to refuse to accept an order.  If we decide to decline your order, we will notify you that it is not in our best interest to process that order.
16. Persons who attempt to purchase weapons unlawfully will be reported to police.
17. Persons attempting to purchase goods using fraudulent or stolen cards will be reported to police.
18. Safecity does not carry stock of weapons.  Each order is directed to the manufacturer and stock is shipped from the manufacturer's depot.
19. Security manuals and other classified information may only be released to persons who hold the necessary clearances or licences.
20. The above conditions do not preclude you from seeking legal advice.
21. All goods sold are new, boxed and covered by a manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product description.
